The way we build our new homes not only improves energy affordability for our customers today, but also futureproofs homes to meet the energy efficiency needs of tomorrow. We build homes that are well-insulated and equipped with energy and water-efficient fixtures and fittings. Many homes include low-carbon heating systems, enhanced insulation, and photovoltaic panels (PV).
Orbit plays an active role in the neighbourhoods where we work, supporting local economies and social activity within communities. We work with our customers to shape our services and involve them in the decisions that affect their homes.
